Support services can be provided to servers where license.markets license systems are installed, and support can be provided if the problem is related to the licensing system or the main support of the software developer. For example, cPanel does not support MySQL problems, but if an error is received in cPanel itself, it is supported, so the server configuration acts as the main constructor. If license.markets is done by us, support will be free for up to 1 month after the server is configured and delivered to you, and if there is a problem with the server, it will be fixed by us. Support tickets will be answered during business hours (up to 24 hours may be required) and tickets will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, do not send the ticket consecutively.
